How we look after your SIPP

Each team is headed up by a Section Head, who co-ordinates all aspects of scheme administration process once the scheme is established, ensuring that the scheme runs within rules and regulations. Our team of Administrators deal with the day-to-day work, ensuring that the work is carried out to the required standards and within agreed service levels.

 

If a client wishes to invest in property, our specialist Commercial Property department will deal with the purchase and sale of any properties. They will progress the transaction dealing with the valuers, solicitors, lenders, advisers and clients to ensure the transaction runs as smoothly as possible.

A specialist administration team provides the full range of services for company pension schemes, dealing with the receipt and investment of payroll contributions. The team will ensure that the sponsoring company is provided with a dedicated service for their particular scheme.

 

Please be aware that Pointon York SIPP Solutions Limited (PYSS) is a pensions administrator and acts on an execution only basis for instructions received from direct clients, or on instructions received from your adviser.

 

PYSS can take no responsibility for decisions made about investments or cash/cash equivalents by you or your adviser. We are unable to provide you with specific information on particular investments. You are advised to seek information directly from the investment provider and we will execute transactions as set out above. If the provider issues information to Crescent Trustees as the holder of your asset, we will issue such information in accordance with our terms and conditions.

 

Where multiple instructions are received regarding one or more investments, PYSS will carry them out in order of receipt. Each instruction is covered by your/your client's agreement with PYSS and will be subject to transactions charges as set out in the 2009 fee schedule.
